ffDiaporama 3.0 devel

Based on the old Version 2.1 this is a mostly rewritten Application. You can find an Appimage-Version for Linux(64Bit) here for testing. The Appimage was compiled under Ubuntu 16.04 with Qt5 Version 5.12.5 and FFmpeg Version 4.1.3
